New ICM, L.P. manufactures quality children's sleepwear, slips, underwear and playwear for specialty retailers and department stores. Their history goes back over 50 years. You may have known them as Isaacson-Carrico Manufacturing, I-C, ICM or simply as the "Panty Factory" in El Campo, Texas.

The company was founded by two women, hence the name Issacson-Carrico (ICM),  who created and patented the double crotch panty we continue to sell today.  They took their new product to a department store in Houston, Texas who quickly ordered 1,000 dozen! From that first order, the company has grown to selling many different styles of children's sleepwear, daywear, slips and underwear.

What started out as a factory for girls' panties 50 years ago has blossomed into a factory producing quality sleepwear (boy and girls), panties and slips. If you are looking for pajamas, robes, gowns, panties, slips or bouffants, shop no further! The Tom & Jerry logo has been around for years and we are all proud to say that our quality garments are made in the U.S.A.

They currently manufacture over 600 different garments. Each season their in-house design department works to provide fresh, new styles.

The Raun family has raised rice along the Texas Gulf Coast for more than 80 years. In 1989, Lowell and Linda Raun diversified the rice farm by switching to organic production and planting a new variety that offered an aroma and nutty flavor. The farm markets its grain through retail stores and online using the Lowell Farms brand. Brown Organic Jasmine Rice and White Organic Jasmine Rice are available.
